- Client Cancellation: Clients may cancel their reservation with applicable charges. The cancellation fees are outlined in the specific tour details and may vary based on the time of cancellation.
- Tour Amendments: Changes to the tour itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Client Amendments: Clients may request changes to their reservation. However, these changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
- Mandatory Requirement: Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. Proof of insurance may be required before the tour departure.
- Coverage: Clients are responsible for ensuring their travel insurance provides adequate coverage for the entire duration of the tour.
- Tour Alterations: Travelwise reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary, accommodations, or transportation as necessary without prior notice.
- Force Majeure: Travelwise is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or civil unrest.
- Documentation: Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess the required travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates.
- Health and Fitness: Clients must ensure they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the chosen tour
- Travelwise utilizes Axis Bank Payment Gateway as its preferred payment gateway to ensure secure and seamless transactions. By proceeding with payments on our Website or App, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Axis Bank. It is imperative to note that any disputes or issues related to payments, refunds, or other financial transactions shall be subject to the policies and guidelines specified by Axis Bank.
